Mushrooms are crafted by hand with polymer clay, and painted with acrylic paint. Mushrooms are glossed with a light glaze to protect the paint. These earrings are UFO inspired, with three opal beads strung together with stainless steel wire and earring hooks. 

Opal is known to represent justice and harmony. Opal serves as a protection stone in places of danger. Opal is also the birthstone for October.
